Methods of Payment for Therapy Sessions:
It’s Possible Therapy accepts the following forms of payment:
- Debit or Credit Cards
- Some HSA Cards are accepted
Therapy sessions are $175 for 45 minutes. Please call the behavioral health plan number on the back of your card to see if you can see Julie out of network. Julie accepts out of network clients and can supply you a bill you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Methods of Payment for All Non-Therapy Session Treatments:
All payment is due in advance of any session. If you are not a current ongoing client with It’s Possible Therapy, the fastest way to book a Reiki or Past Life Regression appointment is through Julie’s other business Luminous Passages, LLC and can be booked here.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you are agreeing to the transmission of potential protected health information in the form of receipts you receive and that your transaction will be listed on your bank statement. For example, will using a work email be a problem for you? Might someone else see it that you don’t want to?
Non-Therapy Treatments:
For Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy
- There is a non-refundable $230 deposit due at the time of scheduling your appointment to secure your session time.
- Sessions range from 3 to 5 hours in length and are done in a single visit and are charged at a rate of $230 per hour. Minimum is 3 hours and sessions are generally running 3.5 hours.
For Past Life Regression
- Past Life Regression sessions are $265.00 for a 90 minute session.
- Holy Fire Reiki Sessions are done by distance through Zoom video or phone.
- 45 minute Reiki Session – $135
- 60 minute Reiki Session – $175

Good Faith Estimate Notice:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
